People, I ran my first mile in 9 years

and oh god, i was hurting on the way home from the track. i'm sweating like a beast. there isn't a square inch of my pants/shirts(yes plural) that are not soaked. amazing. once i get comfortable running, wow, it will be amazing. the high. ohhhh. it's so attractive.

but, LOOK at me. i am so defeated.
